I'm concerned that my son has a secret girlfriend?
My 17 year old son has been very secretive with me lately, recently he has started to refuse to go to church with the family and tonight when I was going through his room I found a magazine with naked men in it. He obviously has a girlfriend that he is hiding from me that brought that magazine into my home and I am afraid they are having intercourse and I am greatly concerned that he is going to get her pregnant.

What should I do about this?

He is not a homosexual, we have taught him from the bible and he has learned though our church that this is not in God's plan. I will not teach him about condoms, that is unacceptable, we have always taught him about abstinence and that is what God and his future wife expects from him.

I want to speak to our pastor about this but I am very afraid of what he would think we are teaching our son if he things we are allowing him to sneak a girl into his bedroom. That is clearly inappropriate and we are good parents, I am very afraid what he will think of us.

I was surprised to see the negative comments on my post.

My post was NOT the actual abuse video, just a news story on it. I was not aware anyone had heard of this, I myself only heard about it from a friend just minutes before posting it. (I guess I somehow missed this the first time around.)

I mentioned a link (with a warning) - but didn't end up adding it - to a site which had the video. I only watched a few seconds of it myself and clicked it off. I didn't want to see it either. I was just providing it for people that didn't know what it was all about.

Sorry if it offended any one. It was not meant to offend or inspire, I was just trying to bring attention to something terribly awful and unjust. I understand it was a sensitive topic, as I said, even I couldn't / didn't watch it.

And here it is. Apparently the controversial channel was too broad so i've plumped for something that's a bit closer to home. Although watching some of these little twats in the vids I really am considering going and cleaning toilets for a living...
